Sports Camp returns for February Half Term

Our sports co-ordinator, Paul Jayes, has organised another sports camp for week commencing 13 February 2012.

COST: £10 per day per child. Discount for 5 days = £40 e.g. 5 days for the price of 4.

Please bring drinks, healthy snacks, lunch for each child and a waterproof/windproof jacket.

St John’s Rangers FC drew 2-2 with Booker Athletic FC

This Sunday saw St John’s Rangers FC draw with Booker Athletic FC.  They’ll be back next Sunday 30 October 2011 – kick off 10:30am.

Oops!

Triumph Meriden FC played away on Saturday 22 October 2011.  We thought they were at home.  Good news though.  They won 4-0 against Premier FC.

Free netball training

We forgot to say, there’s free netball training for 12-16 year olds and adults.

Free starter netball sessions take place on MUGA Court 1 on Tuesday 25 October 2011 with Emma Haines:

  • 12 – 16 year olds training session is 2pm – 3pm
  • Adults training session is 3pm – 4pm (Paul Jayes will be available to supervise the children of adults wishing to take part)

Meriden Sports Camp returns!

Triumph Meriden FC 4 – British Telecom FC 2

This Saturday 15 October 2011, Meriden Triumph FC won the 1st round of the Intermediate Cup against BT FC.

Beautiful sunny day as well.

Next match is Saturday 22 October 2011 against Premier FC.  Come along and show your support – kick off 2pm.

Triumph Meriden FC 5 – Anchor Rovers FC 1

Yup, Triumph Meriden won again.  This time for the Senior Cup (round 1) against Anchor Rovers who are in Division 6!  Triumph Meriden are in Division 7.  View their website.

Next Saturday 15 October 2011 Triumph Meriden play British Telecom FC from Division 4 in the Intermediate Cup.
